2 days to go! Fear and Loathing in Death Valley!

2 days till I arrive at my vegas club downtown. I will arrive about 8am, kill some time at wally world and such and we will hit the Wynn buffet for lunch. After 2 days of gambling, drinking, and general debauchery, sat we will do a hike up Mt. Charelston (Cathedral Rock), then Sunday a drive to Death Valley which will involve some isolated round firing of a Glock 19. My friend is a gun collector in henderson. Vegas will be mid 70%26#39;s for highs, and death valley looks to be 90 on sunday. Lots of pics and video will be shot and put on a website.

Be prepared for cold weather on MT Charleston

WATCH OUT for Rattle snakes, its that time of year.

Dont shoot the gun in a National Park area.

Hmmmmm forgot about it being a National Park, guess will leave the piece at home. Snakes in Death Valley and Mt Charleston both, or just Death Valley?

Never saw a snake on the strip or downtown, but the desert is the desert. besides rattlers, you may see a few other types of poisonous nasties, like scorpions, gila monsters, spiders, maybe some exotics that were set free by pet owners. mountain lions, coyotes who knows.
