HELP...best way to Grand Canyon

Looking to go to GC (preferably South Rim) on Friday 11th April and have overnight stay

need help

What is best way to do it?

1. Hire a car

2. Book flights with Grand Canyon Express...use taxi to GCNP and then shuttle buses and foot...

Wat would you do?

Or should we just book helicopter tour with Maverick?

Please help as I am getting nowhere fast and I have been searching through old posts but I need someone to just tell me and my partner is no better!!!

we drive from las vegas, its about 4 hours driving time . i dont know about the other transportation you mentioned except the helicopter tours i would be careful of, they seem to have more than their fair share of accidents.

look into the train ride you can take into the canyon, we have heard it is really good! i think the info is on the grand canyon website.
