First trip to Vegas! We want to see a few shows, and I%26#39;ve heard different things -- is it better (cheaper?) to book ahead of time online? (If so... where? )
Or do I wait and get tickets in person when we%26#39;re there?
Shows: should I book ahead online?
I think the general concensus is that if youe REALLY want to see a certain show...book ahead. Some don%26#39;t get discounted and lots sell out. I have booked mine in advance by calling hotels directly. Painless! Enjoy your trip. 3 sleeps :-)
Shows: should I book ahead online?
what do you want to see and when will you be there? it depends on how popular the show is.
Probably just a few of the standard, permanent ones... except perhaps a cirque production (which, I%26#39;m assuming, should be booked in advance). Maybe O...
Blue Man Group?
Penn %26amp; Teller?
...and something show-girl-ish?? Any suggestions would be welcome too!

There%26#39;s a Penn and Teller discount right now on Goldstar.com
If you%26#39;re going to book in advance it%26#39;s better to do so by calling the box office with the seating plan in front of you rather than online.
This way you%26#39;ll have your pick of all the unsold seats not just those that the booking software has decided are the ';best available'; in each category. You%26#39;ll also get to speak to somebody whose job is to help you in selecting your seats.
Wow... good advice. Thanks everyone!
