ALLEGIANT Air Airport Arrival

OK, We are flying out on Allegiant Air and we leave to come home at 6:45 am in Vegas. I%26#39;ve heard to be at the airport 2 hours early and then I hear be there at least 3 hours early......

Being so early in the morning, I don%26#39;t want to get up any earlier than I have to. And yes, I%26#39;ve thought about not going to sleep at all :)

It will still be fairly crowded at that time of the morning, but 2 hours should be fine. We%26#39;ve flown Allegiant our last couple times out there.

I would call Allegiant before you leave for the airport...the last few times I have flown them to LV our flight has been delayed at least two hours and we ended up hanging around the airport when we would have rather been back in the casino!

When Allegiant flights are delayed, they are often delayed for hours!

But early morning Allegiant departures from LV are typically on time.

May I ask where in Michigan you flying to get to LV? We have flown from Lansing before and were told those flights were cancelled. There were flights from Ft. Wayne, IN and now hav been told by Allegiant that those flights are now cancelled. Is there somewhere else in MI where Allgeiant flies to LV?

I%26#39;ve also flown Allegiant with an early return flight - I think around 6:30 am. Two hours early is plenty of time. Another thing to keep in mind is that the ticket counter for Allegiant doesn%26#39;t open until 4:00 am.

I agree with viking Midwest. My flights always leave for Rockford, IL at 6 a.m. My friend thinks we have to be there 2 1/2 hours or more before the flight. At 3:30 a.m. there%26#39;s a usually about 15 to 20 people just getting in line. With the ticket counter not opening until 4 a.m. I don%26#39;t mind getting there around 4, but getting there at 3:30 makes me crazy. Burger King is usually the only place open to even get anything to eat by our gate and they don%26#39;t (or didn%26#39;t) open up until 5 a.m. It%26#39;s not busy at all at security either. Just to let you know I haven%26#39;t traveled on a week-end so that could be a factor in arrival time at the airport, too.
