looking for nice hotel

Hello!

THis is our first trip to Vegas. Can you give me som suggestions on a hotel. I am looking for a hotel that is on the strip, close to it all, at a resonable price? I had chosen Excalibur, but not sure if that is wise or not? I want to be able to walk most every where. Please help me. We are going May 26.

Thanks!!!

What price range are you looking into and maybe give you age.

Some hotels are gears towards older and young crowds. Just got back yesterday we were there 5 days for nights it was so crowded but come to find out it was Spring Break, lots of young adults.

Excalibur is pretty south strip. I would choose something more central like the Flamingo, Bill%26#39;s, Harrah%26#39;s, Bally%26#39;s or Treasure Island. Rates are fairly low that week.

I really dont want to spend more then 150 a night. I also have thought about the Flamingo, is that a hotel that I would be able to do alot of walking from?

You should find good rates for your dates. Flamingo is in an excellent location and shouldn%26#39;t be too expensive.

Bills or Flamingo.Love Bills!!!

How is sams town. I know the sams town in tunica is ok, but how is it in Las Vegas?

Fir the middle of the Strip, you should think of TI, Flamingo, or Harrah%26#39;s. All seem like a lot of fun, at a reasonable price, and are fairly nice.

Sams is totally isolated from the strip or anything to see at all.

Check pricing at Flamingo, MonteCarlo, Harrahs, Luxor

Go to smartervegas.com

Click on the link to Luxor deal

';ULTIMATE LUXURY'; $68 per night +tax, and some food credit too

Monte Carlo %26#39;TZSTAR'; link will give you avg rate of $77 +tax for Monte Carlo

But the best deals are on harrahs.com ;

Ballys, Rio, Flamingo each for about $69 ner night

Ballys is most central, spacious rooms, pool is ';old-school';

Flamingo central with great pool and gardens, std size rooms

Rio half mile off midstrip with shuttles, great big nice rooms and great big pool area

WOW!! thanks so much for all the information, and thanks for the websites, I found some awesome rates. Thanks again!
