Hello! I am getting married in Las Vegas next week and was wondering--

Should we make reservations?....or can we wait until we get there and look around and reserve 2-3 days in advance?

Also any advise on the wedding chapels?

They have some very reasonably priced wedding packages and the chapel itself is historic. Many famous people have been married there. Check them out.

Be sure to apply for your marriage license when you get to LV. If bride or groom has been married before, you will need to bring with you your divorce decree. Also your photo id and form of payment for license.

You can google clark county marriage license and get the web site for the court house and it will have all the info you need.

If you want a fancy wedding in one of the casino chapels, definitely reserve. If you plan to go to one of the small cheesy chapels, it%26#39;s recommended to reserve if you know when you want to do it, but you probably won%26#39;t have a problem just showing up although there may be a wait if it%26#39;s a busy time.

I%26#39;ve heard nothing but raves about the Viva Las Vegas chapel. I was married at Little White Chapel on Saturday which was exactly the cheesy wedding we wanted. Originally planned to do the drive-thru but changed our minds as family started inviting themselves and used the L%26#39;Amour chapel (part of Little White Chapel). The limo driver was late, but other than that there were no problems and everything went as planned. It was silly, and we had a big Hawaiian minister that our families didn%26#39;t appreciate when they saw him but loved him by the end.

We got married 2 yrs ago at the Chapel of the Flowers and it was absolutely perfect. We called before our trip and made a reservation and they picked us up in the limo, took us to get our license, and then we had our choice of different chapels there to get married in, the photos were wonderful too and reasonably priced.
