Circo restaurant - Bellagio

I%26#39;ve read various comments on basically all of the restaurants in the Bellagio, but Circo. We planned to eat there the first night of our stay, because we wanted Italian food and the convenience of eating in the hotel after a long flight.

Any comments on this restaurant? Is the reason I%26#39;m not reading about it have anything to do with the quality of the food?
