Ghostbar is this more a chill kind of place? I read something about NO dancing here. Is this true?

There%26#39;s no sign that says ';NO DANCING';. You can dance, but no one really dances there. It%26#39;s just a lounge with an awesome view of the strip on the balcony. The glass for is kind of scary, but it%26#39;s kind of all scratched up so you can%26#39;t really see well through it.
