How to get flowers for wife in room at Signature ?

This trip is a surprise to my wife for our 10-year Anniversary. We will be staying at the MGM Signature and i%26#39;d love to have some roses in the room when we arrive as a gift to her ... can anyone tell me how i%26#39;d go about doing this ?
