PH, Deluxe vs. Deluxe SPCL----what is the diff??

I booked through SW and they had Planet Hollywood with Deluxe, and Deluxe SPCL rooms but I couldn%26#39;t tell what the difference was. Can someone tell me what the difference is?

Same rooms but fewer spcl ones. Usually spcl is cheaper. Kind of like an early booking discount.
