Qua Bath & Spa Services

So I get one free service at the Qua Spa. It%26#39;s between Reflexology or Dancing Waters (Foot Massage and Water Shower Massage). Has anyone ever gotten any of these treatments? Which one is better? What else is in the Qua Spa? Does anyone know how much these massages cost?
