Alize or Michael Mina????

After extensive research and shortlisting (and help from kind folks on here)vhad finally decided to go to Alex @ Wynn for wedding dinner, but it%26#39;s not open on Wed.

Now making final choice between Michael Mina @ Bellagio or Alize @ Palms.

My only concern is Alize off strip..

which one is best???

Yes Palms is off the strip technically, but we still think of it as a ';strip'; place...Both places will be equal in food and price. Where the difference will be is service. Service at PALMS and Alize tend to be a bit condescending. For a wedding dinner choose Michael Mina.

Our service at Alize was as close to perfection as you can get. Not a single problem. We found the staff to be very friendly. It was a special occaision and we could not have asked for a better experience. Cab to Palms took 5 minutes from the strip ans was $7.

I have eaten at Alize more than once and I never had anything but fantastic service-never condescending!

Um two completely different restuarants. Alize is fantastic French cuisine with a stunning vies perfect for romance. MM is a seafood restuarant.

well MM looks romantic too and it has come with good recommendations...do you think I should change?

I think you have two very nice restaurants here.

At this stage I would pick based on which food you would look forward to the most.

thank you for reassuring comment. Have decided on MM as we both love seafood....and seafood restaurants in Scotland very very expensive so we taking advantage of strong pound against dollar and also very reasonable food prices in Vegas.

At 80-90% of the special occassion dining places on the strip or at the higher-end hotels it will be $100 per person for dinner. So if there are 4 people at dinner it will be around $400. if there are 6 people at dinner....$600.
