My fiancée and I are visiting Vegas at the beginning of May. We’re staying at the TI for 4 nights and are on a tight budget. Does anyone have any suggestions for things we can do for free and places we can eat and drink cheaply (but well!). Also we’ve heard a lot about comps – does anyone have any suggestions for the best places to get these? Thanks

I don%26#39;t believe you realize just what ';comps'; are. These are rewards given by hotels (free meals, shows and accommodation) as a result of your gambling. If you%26#39;re on a tight budget eliminate this from your mind!
Plenty of stuff you can do on a budget. Try trawling through old threads on here (the forum search can be useful) as well as reading the replies you%26#39;ll no doubt get to your question.

Here is a list of attractions- some of them free:

For a great steak meal at $6.99- Go to Ellis Island (behind Bally%26#39;s- you can walk there). It is off menu so you have to ask for it. It is a real bargain.

Be sure to see Big Elvis at Bills. It is a great free show and he is very entertaining.

You can get ';free'; drinks if you are gambling-even at the penny machines. Just be sure to tip the CW.
