Cost of Cigarettes

I am wondering what the cost of pack of cigarettes goes for at hotels on the strip. I am from NY so I am used to spend $6-7 pack, but thought someone might have a suggestion for me for places off the strip that would be cheaper.

Depending on what you smoke the prices vary greatly. Yes on strip expect $5 or better a pack. Would recommend hitting a gas station for a cheaper price. There are a few stations just south of Tropicana. We paid around $32 a carton of Marlboro last visit. Any Terrible%26#39;s Gas Stations you come across also sell for cheap. State minimum on most brands. You can easily find smokes for the $3-$4 a pack range.

Being from NY do you ever go to the Indian reservation smoke shops? I hit the ones just west of Buffalo. Get them for 11.50 a carton no tax.

I saw coctail waitresses give a pack to two different players at South Point this past week. I also saw a couple machines in the off-stip places for 7 bucks. If you%26#39;re going to Valley of Fire there%26#39;s a little gas station/fire works/cig outlet place at the turn-off. The prices are similar to NC prices there (lots cheaper than NY).

In the MGM there was a ciggarette girl selling Malboro%26#39;s for $5. I saw one in Luxor as well.

This is good to know too! I usually end up stocking up BEFORE we leave for Vegas, so I don%26#39;t have to worry about having to buy any cigarettes there.

Thaks for the advice-wow! $11.50 per carton I smoke Parliament 100s and they never have specials/2fers for those so I am suck paying high. I may end up smoking Marlboros in Vegas due to the price if the off the strip places are chepaer. I knew I did not want to pack my bag with extra cigarettes.

To answer your question, the cheapest I%26#39;ve seen in the Vegas area was on the outskirts of town on the way out to Valley of Fire. I think I paid around $24 for a carton of Camel Lights. Even on the strip I think cigs will be cheaper for you than in NY. I%26#39;m from Jersey, and the last time I was in NYC they were like $8.50 a pack!

When we were waiting for a bus on Tropicana to come back from the Liberace Museum, there was a sign ';Marlboros $35.95/carton'; on the corner. Saw another sign ';Marlboros $30.95/carton'; on the corner of Tropicana and Koval Lane.

Isnt the true cost ';Years off your life'; and one of those fun oxygen machines I see old people carrying around the casino while wearing their Members Only jackets?

I always stop at the gas station on Trop...behind the MGM there...Marlboro lights are $30 a carton....stock up on your way from the airport to your hotel.
