Palms hotel room question

I was planning to stay their May 22. Which room would you choose between the Superior King room and the Junior Suite. The Superior King rooms are in the Fantasy tower while the Junior Suites are in the Palms tower facing the strip. Have any of you stayed here? Also is the strip view from that far off stip worth it or would the fantasy tower be nicer than the strip view from the Palms tower.

The Fantasy tower room is more up-to-date and higher quality. The fantasy tower was built in 2006.

The palms jr. suite is bigger, but the palms tower was built in 2001. The rooms/suites in the palms tower have not been remodeled since it%26#39;s opening in 2001.

I%26#39;m not too sure about the view. I do know that if you go up to the rooftop bar called Ghostbar. you can have a great view.

thanks for the reply. Im only there for the night so I guess I%26#39;ll go with the fantasy tower. room size doesn%26#39;t really matter.

is it just me or do the palms and hard rock get very few responses. I%26#39;ve been reading this forum for a few months now and I noticed either very few have information on this place or no one likes posting on these two hotels.

I have noticed the same..I think (and I should be corrected if people think I%26#39;m wrong, BUT...)The Palms gets a younger clientele. Not to say that there are not plenty of twenty-somethings posting here(I%26#39;m one of them) but I think that may have to do with it...It%26#39;s just my guess and I could be completely wrong.

Special, I have friends there right now who are in the Fantasy Tower and really like it. Good luck!

I agree with you. I have noticed the same thing about not getting many responses about newer clubs and pool clubs and parties. I guess they are in the same demographic as the palms and HRH.

Tripadvisor is awesome, but for reviews by more younger folks, try Yelp...it seems to have many more reveiws about nightlife, pools and whatnot...

thanks for the info. im glad its not just me. at first I thought it was because it was an off strip casino but I noticed the rio and the orleans get lots of hits
