help with O seating

Hey,

So i%26#39;m in a situation where I have tickets to the O show. My current tickets are 2 middle upper balcony, row ee, seat 28-29 $99 each. They are literally the further back you can be at the show.

I recently went to the website to see if there were any openings for better seats. So as I searched, it pulled up orchestra seating, section 104, row 5, seats 7-8 for $165 each. The new search is extremely closer but i heard that you dont want to be too close for O as there are alot of things going on at once.

Can someone help me out - which one should i go with? the current or the new closer seats? Keep in mind, we are talking about a $60 difference for each ticket.

Hopefully someone that has been to the show can provide some useful feedback!

Thanks!

We sat in the third row back, centre seats. They were great. I would think that you get a different perspective from each different area. We were able to see the performers faces and expressions, without losing the whole aspect of the show.

I had originally booked balcony front row seats, but became concerned about seeing over the balcony bar ( I am fairly short). I emailed the Bellagio who arranged the new seats for us. We paid the extra cost.

There%26#39;s so much going on in the show that it%26#39;s better, in my opinion, not too sit too close so you can take everything in and appreciate it. The front of the 200 section is, in my opinion, better than anywhere in 100 and front center of the balcony are great seats. The restricted view seats can be real bargains. Some of them are hardly restricted at all.

The best way to book tickets is to call the box office with a copy of the theater plan in front of you. Then you can have your choice of available seats and talk through your options with a human being. Booking online is far more restrictive as you%26#39;ll just be offered what the booking software decides are the best available seats.

STAY PUT.

You are not required to see the gold teeth to enjoy the performance.

Row EE is ok. You will view the whole stage at an angle to see whats happening.

You have a straight ahead view of the aerial acts.

We sat in the front row of the balcony and I couldn%26#39;t see a thing! I am 5%26#39;1'; and the railing was right at my eye line. Therefore, I did not enjoy the show at all.

If we go to see it again, we will sit down closer.

agree with you dcia1951, at my height just about the only seats that are good for ';O'; are the front few rows. I always get the 6%26#39; and over chap with the large ears in front of me.

We have seen 6 Cirques from various places, O was best seem up close ( I like to see the gold teeth), whilst Mystere was great from the 202 section aa seats. If you are short then don%26#39;t get the Balcony seats.

I wouldn%26#39;t want to sit in the 100 sections.

I had section 203 in the %26#39;restricted view%26#39; lower priced seats. I%26#39;m only 5ft1 and wondered if I%26#39;d be able to see. The lady on the phone put me about 3 rows up from the front of the 203 section and it was perfect! In reality, the %26#39;restricted view%26#39; only affected about 2% of the stage, if it was even that much. The guy sitting beside me had paid full price.

So if you can find those available and want to switch seats, I%26#39;d go with that area rather than the 104 area.

If you just stick with what you have though I don%26#39;t think it would be a horrible seat. I sat in the second to last row of the theatre for KA (huge theatre) and I still enjoyed the show. And this is from someone that is normally a %26#39;front row junkie%26#39;.

We sat in the back of the orchestra section...Great seats but to be honest this place was not that big. I don%26#39;t think there is a bad seat in the house. I doubt I would want the first few rows.......

The O Wynn Theater is specialy designed to be small enough so all the seats are good. I have sat all over and as someone stated earlier you get a good, but different, perspective from each different seat. It really is not worth the extra money to move.

section 101 row jj

$99.00 each

I second the %26#39;limited view%26#39; vote. I forget my section number but it was smack in the middle of the venue, 3-4 rows from the start of the section and the view was great and its the cheapest tier of tickets.

All I had was a hand rail that obstructed hardly anything. I%26#39;d do it again.
