Elton or O esp those who have seen one or both

Hey all,

Going again in June. We have seen lots of good shows in Vegas, but mainly production shows, such as Ka,Love, Mystere, LeReve, Jubilee, Spamalot, Mama Mia, Menopause the Musical...

Was thinking of seeing a headliner for first time. On the other hand, we haven%26#39;t seen O yet. I am kind of interested in Stomp too (saw BMG and friend has not,but she isn%26#39;t interested).

Totally different shows,I realize, but how can I compare Elton John%26#39;s Red Piano, O at Bellagio, or Stomp?

Any input on one, two or all three shows greatly appreciated!

You are right it is a tough choice. Having seen both O and Elton, of those two - I would see Elton now while you have the chance. O will still be there next time.

We loved Elton%26#39;s performance in Vegas! We will see O in April.

Must agree with previous poster - see Elton because he won%26#39;t be there as long as O.

Stomp isn%26#39;t even in the same category!

Well... thanks for replies so far (who knows, maybe I will fit in two shows this coming trip)! Based on all three replies, it made my decision so easy. I just booked Elton John, Red Piano using that discount code. Can%26#39;t wait now!

What discount code are you referring to for Elton John?

Search Elton John discounts and there is a link in the reply. Good luck!

I%26#39;d see Elton and next trip catch ';O';. I think it will be in Vegas longer. Seen them both, totally worth it.

Elton is a legend but I didn%26#39;t care for the tone of the show. I couldn%26#39;t see the point the huge b@@b and banana balloons. TACKY to the max!!!...but I%26#39;m critical of musical performances. My hearing is very acute and the reverb from the speakers really bothered me.

O was very good but I liked the show Le Reve better...at the Wynn. Check it out on YouTube.com.

I saw him in %26#39;72 with big glasses and a chicken suit, and Kiki Dee was with him. He married her. That was tacky. He was still great. Having big b@@b and bananas in a show in Vegas is tame. I believe it is his sense of humor. I would totally see Elton John again. I enjoyed ';O'; but with go with Elton.

Its official...used code LEVON and got rear orchestra seats for Elton. I hope they are good seats....row J 619 and 620. I am thinking of keeping the tickets as a surprise for my partner! Not sure I can wait, though.

I read about the inflatable fruit and sexual tone. That won%26#39;t bother me a bit. When I first liked Elton he was pretty darned over-the-top in dress and performance (as seen only on tv) and has seemed more tame of late. How great to finally see him in concert.

Oh, thanks for other suggestions. I did see LeReve at Wynn. We had champagne circle seats, which I loved a lot.
