flamingo pools

We are going to the Flamingo in July and I was wondering how the walk to the pool is. We stayed at MGM last summer and we did not like having to walk through all the shops to get there even though the pool was great. Also does the Flamingo have an adult pool like the MGM does? We have stayed at the Orleans and liked that it was very easy and quick to get to their pool even though it%26#39;s nothing fancy. Thanks for any help.

There are two banks of elevators at the Flamingo, ones toward the middle and ones toward the back of the hotel. If you use the ones toward the back you come out right next to the doors for the pool. Absolutely no walk at all (well, just a little slight one).

As for the adult pool...yes, they have an adult pool. The cover is $10 for guys and is free for the ladies. We spent most of our time there as the main pool was very crowded and it was hard to find a spot. My wife and I both enjoyed it there.

I think it depends on where your room is located. If you%26#39;re in the rooms that are perpendicular to the strip, you exit the elevators, walk past the coffee/sandwich shop and you%26#39;re at the pool area. And yes, the adult pool is like the last post said $10/guys, free for gals (and it%26#39;s a great pool) - NO LITTLE KIDS!!!

After reading a lot of posts I was afraid the pools would be packed so the adult only pool sounds wonderful. I%26#39;m also glad that it%26#39;s a short walk. Thanks for the replies.

Feel free to whip those babies out at the adult pool. Only a few people will laugh at them.

Yes just come down the back part of the hall elevator %26amp; you will be right by the pool.

The adult pool is very nice %26amp; quiet but the regular pool is also very nice when you are in a party mood.
