Does anyone know what the rules are?

Are we allowed to bring our own beer to the pool?

I don%26#39;t know Luxors%26#39; exact rules, but in general you can get away with bringing one drink in with you if it is in a plastic cup to most of the pools I%26#39;ve been to. Don%26#39;t plan on stopping by Wal-Mart and buying a cooler and filling it with beer for the day, they won%26#39;t let you do that :) (I%26#39;m pretty sure)!

For God%26#39;s sake, man, use your brain and THINK. If you%26#39;re the Luxor and you%26#39;ve got a poolside bar selling beers, are you going to want to let every redneck and their dog bring a cooler full of their own beers purchased elsewhere for half the price?

As the previous poster said, no one will care if you walk in with a drink in your hand. It%26#39;s all about whether you are obviously being too cheap to buy from them, in which case, why should they want you there?

Bring some brown lunch sacks.

Stick a beer, from your foam cooler in the room, in each sack, and put them in a beach bag.

Once inside, discreetly open each new one after bagging the empty.

sage - This question has nothing to do with knowledge of Las Vegas. It%26#39;s just common sense. I%26#39;m sure the OP wouldn%26#39;t bring a case of his own beer into a bar, so why would this be any different?

Many people stay at hotels and bring their own alcohol to the pool. You were harsh in the tone of your answer.

lardo only asked if this was allowed. Many people don%26#39;t know there are bars by the pools.

Try and sneak a cool box under your sunbed, check out what bottles the poolside bar serve first and then stock up with them from the off licence.l
