hello all! my husband and i are visiting vegas for the first time May 16-May 23. what should we pack? we will be doing alot of exploring/walking around of the strip. thanks so much!

Pack spring/summer type clothes. shorts/skirts.May is warm and beautiful. It is just starting to get hot than.Pack a light sweater/jacket type for inside can get cool with the air cond. blowing. Swim wear for sure. Don%26#39;t forget the sunscreen.
We were there in May 2 years ago and it was 106 so for sure bring shorts, skirts, capris, t-shirts, etc and as stated before a light jacket or sweater.
OK...you asked for it...here are the basics.
1st and foremost the most comfy shoes you own...followed by.....
flip flops, sandles, trainers, high heels, shorts, jeans, belt, tie, jacket, slacks, skirt, t-shirts, shirts, socks, jocks, nickers, bras, light cardigan, light long sleeve top, shampoo, conditioner, face cream, toothpaste, deodorant, brush, comb, eye cream, foundation, mascara, eye shadow, blush, lip balm, lip gloss, lipstick, moisturising cream, makeup remover, hair pins, perfume, aftershave, sunblock, tweezers, bandaids, tylenol, handbag, evening purse, day purse, wallet, credit cards, debit card, driving licence, house keys, airline tickets, hat, sunglasses, bikini, book and all the cash you can spare.....and a good attitude :-)
yup...that should just about get you by...if not...well...you remember I mentioned credit card...head to the mall for anything else.

Ooh, we%26#39;ll be there in May as well. I%26#39;ll be packing shorts %26amp; capris, jeans (the casinos can be a little on the cold side for my tastes), bathing suit and plenty of short sleeve shirts with a sweater or casual blazer for when inside. If you%26#39;re thinking you should pack sandals or flip flops because it will be warm, forget it if you%26#39;re going to be doing any walking (which you probably will as I guess you%26#39;ll want to see everything up and down the strip!). Keep them for the pool unless you have a really nice pair made for walking (like Merrell, for instance). Sunscreen is a must. I don%26#39;t know about you, but I%26#39;m getting really excited as May approaches!
